At this moment the Checkmaster II WH850 is the showpiece of Check Systems Enschede b.v.

Not only does this system combine a number of possibilities of its predecessors,

it also offers a completely automated measuring procedure. Simple manual operation is still possible, of course.

What features the Checkmaster II?

  • Programs for the calculation of anilox cylinders.
  • Full-automatic measurement and determination of the cell-diagonals, the step length and width, the wall and tunnel width, without camera needing to be turned.
  • The measurement cursors are freely adjustable (panning).
  • Beschrijving: Beschrijving: Beschrijving: Beschrijving: D:\CSE\CM2\Tekeningen\78591-totaal.jpgMeasuring of the screen size, given the screen-angles in degrees.
  • Measurement of the cell depth with the use of IFC for increased image details.
  • Measurement of the cell volume in ml/m2.
  • Full-automatic measurement of the depth..
  • Image enlargement for images samples stored on harddisk (zooming).
  • The stylus-angle is indicated in degrees.
  • Measurements in live mode and off-line.
  • Representation on screen of all measurement results up to 12 channels.
  • The measuring range is automatically chosen after the object is changed.
  • Storage of the measurement results on the built-in hard disc or on floppy disc.
  • Connection possibilities for data transfer into other systems and networks.
  • Prints a report in PDF or directly to a standard printer.

Technical highlights

  • High resolution 17 " TFT monitor.
  • High resolution digital camera.
  • Precision microscope with grip and 4 H.Q. objectives.
  • Intel Pentium 2Core microcomputer.

What makes the Checkmaster II different from other inspection systems?

  • There is no need to input values for screen size and stylus angle. This Checkmaster II is a real measuring instrument so these parameters are determined by the system.
  • Selection of the measuring range is affected simply by turning the object revolver.
  • Unlike other instruments the Checkmaster II uses no sine- or cosine-functions to calculate the cell-area. This is important in particular when the cell shape is not what it should be. The picture taken by the camera is scanned in several directions using array which represents all surface-phenomena. The computer adds all dark-coloured pixels together and determines if the determined spots are comparable to other dark spots of the picture. The area of a cell is found simply by adding all covered spots together. From the distances to another spot of the same shape the screen-size is calculated.
  • The amount of light at the surface to be measured out is controlled by the computer itself. That guaranties a proper illumination level in different circumstances.
  • Over hundreds of images can be stored for later inspection, calculation or comparison.
  • Only one button has to be depressed for taking images and very fast and most accurate automatic measurements.
  • IFC (Improved Focusing Control) assures you a better way to find the optimal focusing spot during depth-measurement-procedures and due to that volume calculation is more precise.
  • The Pentium microprocessor based PC offers you a lot more of flexibility and possibilities in connecting networks, USB and other facilities.
